Waste Receptacle Violations

The board of Trustees was made aware last night that numerous violations were sent out to the Wellington Farm community in error for violations related to waste receptacles being visible from the street. Our management company is now subcontracting out the bi-monthly inspections and they were misinformed regarding our policy related to trash cans. Please disregard those violations. Smith Management will also be sending out a communication via Town Square however should you have further questions please don't hesitate to reach out to Stefanie Ayotte at Smith Mgmt Company.
