HOA Dues - due June 2024

For anyone having questions regarding the new management letter that went out to all Wellington Farm Residents, the Annual HOA dues mentioned are for the upcoming year and will be due as of June 1st 2024. If you made your $275 payment this year it was for the current year (unless you carry a delinquent balance)
