Barbara Coghlan & Seth Crosby - New Trustees

At our Board meeting on May 18, 2019, two Homeowners in good standing stepped-up at the meeting to serve as Trustees of our subdivision, and as such, Board Members of our Wellington Farm Homeowners Association, Inc. Their terms begin June 1, 2019.

Seth Crosby will serve a new three year term, ending May 31, 2022, replacing Gary Huber who served for over three years.

Barbara Coghlan will serve for two years, the remainder of Ellen Heid's three year term, and ending May 31, 2021. This position has been vacated twice since June 2018, with the following serving interim appointments by the Board: Salena McHaney and John Foster; we thank them for stepping-up to serve our community.

Jonathan Steur will remain on the Board and begin his third year; Jonathan's three-year term will end May 31, 2020. We thank Jonathan for his continued thoughtful work at the Board table.

Elections will be held again in May 2020 for one trustee position. Please consider serving your community as a Trustee and Board member of Wellington farm HOA, Inc.; you may also nominate yourself, or other, at the Annual Meeting.
